Ke Jiang

About

Ke Jiang (江珂) graduated with a B.S in Journalism and Communication from Anhui University and M.A. in Science and Technology of Communication and Policy from the University of Science and Technology of China. She was a news anchor in China Economic Radio Station of Anhui Province for three years. Her research focuses on news framing in the era of globalization, semantic network analysis, network dynamics, data visualization, intercultural communication, and cultural convergence. She also examines Guanxi network that is a special form of social network in China manifesting itself as a mixture of sentimental, instrumental and obligational ties.

She was a recipient of the 2015 Social Sciences Dean's Doctoral Fellowship for Excellence Award in the College of Letters and Science at University of California, Davis.
