Assistant Professor Zhang Earns Prestigious APHA Award

This year's Ayman El-Mohandes Young Professional Public Health Innovation Award recipient is Dr. Jingwen Zhang, an assistant professor in the Department of Communication. The award recognizes a young public health professional who is making a significant, innovative contribution to the public health field. The awards committee noted Dr. Zhang's impressive work focused on on social media analytics, developing and evaluating mobile health applications, and developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies for health communication research and health promotion.
