About
Pablo is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Communication at UC Davis, where he focuses on studying information dynamics in online environments. His research has examined topics such as online collective emotions, information-sharing behaviors, and the impact of algorithmic filtering on content availability for users. He is a member of the C²Lab and employs a variety of computational methods to approach his research from an interdisciplinary perspective.
Before starting his graduate program, Pablo worked at the School of Communication at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Initially, he served as an engineer, leading a team in the development of a suite of web applications for communication processes. Later, he held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor.
